Bearcat is a diploid double-cut red clover. It has aggressive regrowth and a superior disease resistance package, outstanding stand persistence, and high forage yield. Disease resistance breeding including Fusarium wilt inoculation and Mycoleptodiscus root rot selections. Consistent productivity in adverse environments with medium maturity. Seed is pre-inoculated and coated. Seeding rate is 10-12 lbs/acre alone or 2-8 lbs/acre in a mix.
