Our premium dairy hay/haylage mix is designed to meet the needs of today’s high producing dairy cows. High in digestible fiber from the high quality premium forage grasses to the high yields and digestibility of the LeafMAX alfalfa both of which contribute to supporting high milk production and improving milk components. An excellent mix for medium to heavy soils with good fertility. Contains 70% LeafMAX alfalfa and a mixture of meadow fescue and soft leaf tall fescue forage grasses. Plant early spring or late summer, 1/4″ deep. Recommended seeding rate 25 lbs/acre.
